Order of precedence
If there is any conflict between documents that apply to Services, the following order controls:
- A fully executed written agreement between TerpComm and the Client (including any MSA, SOW, BAA, or signed contract), including any signed amendments.
- Any service-specific written document issued by TerpComm and accepted by the Client for the applicable Assignment(s), such as a quote, estimate, proforma invoice, booking confirmation, or rate sheet, but only for the Assignment(s) it covers.
- The posted Service Terms and Conditions.
- The posted Website Terms of Use and other website policies, including the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Accessibility Statement.
